We had our weekly team meeting for home health this morning, and we went around to introduce ourselves and share “something you’re happy about.” The conversation quickly became “I’m SO HAPPY about my NEW CAR!”
It is so encouraging to see how happy our nurses are with their company vehicles. Just in case you’re wondering, the cars pictured include:
- Dodge Charger (with a sunroof!)
- Nissan Altima
- VW Jetta
- Dodge Challenger
- Ford Fusion
As we’re able, we plan to expand our fleet program to more of our high-traveling nurses, so they don’t put a lot of miles on their personal cars. Also, we were able to achieve this fleet program by not requiring our vendor to supply us with the same car for each nurse. Had we done that, it would have been Q2 or later of next year before any cars would have been available.
