JOB TITLE: Home Nursing RN/LPN

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses, RN and Licensed Practical Nurses, LPN. We have Part time and Full time Day hours available.  

Nurse Position Summary: The RN/LPN will perform a variety of direct nursing services to care for and help their patients maintain the highest level of performance and independence. The RN/LPN will perform cares as ordered by the patient’s physician and as documented in the patient’s plan of care.  The RN/LPN will be helping clients to stay in their own homes. We have Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric clients.

  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota
  • Must be able to show compassion and empathy to persons who are chronically ill, or otherwise disabled
  • Must demonstrate an understanding and maturity with respect to the responsibilities and expectations of the position
  • Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and carry out written as well as verbal directions in English
  • Must be able to lift, turn, position and transfer up to 50lbs
  • Must be reliable and dependable

JOB TITLE: Mental Health Service Individuals

Our current positions are Mental Health Practitioner (lead), Mental Health Practitioner, Clinical Supervisor II, Clinical Associate, & Clinical Trainee. We have Part time and Full time hours available.  

Mental Health Summary: The Mental Health division of Accurate Home Care will perform a variety of direct services to care for and help individuals maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Our Mental Health Service individuals will perform individual and group therapy sessions and document the person(s) served behavioral interactions in regards to the individuals Diagnostic Assessment.  

Our team will help develop individualized treatment goals & plans, collect baseline data by scoring, documentation, and functional assessments. This will directly influence revisions for continued treatment, completion or discharge. 

Mental Health Practitioner

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Behavioral Sciences or related field, along with at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of Mental Health Services to children with emotional disturbances.
  • Have at least 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of Mental Health Services to children with emotional disturbances.

Continuing Education Requirements:

  • Complete education annually, as required by governing bodies, and/or company policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
  • Experience working with children, preferred.

Mental Health Clinical Associate/Trainee

Education Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Clinical Social Work, and/or another behavioral health related field.
  • Has obtained independent licensure of LP (Associate), LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW.
  • On track to obtain Minnesota State recognized Supervisor status within their Mental Health Licensure Board.

Continuing Education Requirements:

  • Complete continuing education annually, as required by governing bodies, and/or company policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
  • Experience working with children, preferred.

JOB TITLE: Personal Care Attendant

We are currently seeking full-time and part-time PCAs and  part-time Homemakers. If you are reliable, driven, compassionate, have a “can do” attitude and looking for a career (not just a job), come join our wonderful team of home care professionals. 

Personal Care Assistants provide personal cares to assist patients to remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes. Cares include, but are not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, and socialization. We provide a comprehensive training process along with intermittent face-to-face supervision.

Homemakers will provide routine housekeeping services and household tasks for patients that are unable to manage such tasks on their own. The Homemaker may perform tasks such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, washing dishes, Meal preparation and assisting with arranging transportation and running errands.
