In a recent Employee Satisfaction Survey, Accurate Home Care (@accuratehmcare) employees were asked to rate their work life balance on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being a poor work life balance and 5 being a good work life balance. 79% responded with either a four or a five. Only 6% responded with a one or a two.

Scheduling flexibility is wonderful with this company. I had a very poor work life balance at a previous job. I finally feel like I have my life back and am able to do things with my family and around the house that I never had the time or energy for in the past.
I work 12 hour shifts. I work them straight through and then have 4 days off so can’t really complain about anything too much. I can also get days off pretty easily if I arrange in advance. Also, when my work hours are done I do not have to take anything home with me.
