We are currently hiring Registered Nurses, RN and Licensed Practical Nurses, LPN. We have Part time and Full time Day hours available.
Nurse Position Summary: The RN/LPN will perform a variety of direct nursing services to care for and help their patients maintain the highest level of performance and independence. The RN/LPN will perform cares as ordered by the patient’s physician and as documented in the patient’s plan of care. The RN/LPN will be helping clients to stay in their own homes. We have Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric clients.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota
- Must be able to show compassion and empathy to persons who are chronically ill, or otherwise disabled
- Must demonstrate an understanding and maturity with respect to the responsibilities and expectations of the position
- Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and carry out written as well as verbal directions in English
- Must be able to lift, turn, position and transfer up to 50lbs
- Must be reliable and dependable

We are currently seeking full-time and part-time PCAs and part-time Homemakers. If you are reliable, driven, compassionate, have a “can do” attitude and looking for a career (not just a job), come join our wonderful team of home care professionals.
Personal Care Assistants provide personal cares to assist patients to remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes. Cares include, but are not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, and socialization. We provide a comprehensive training process along with intermittent face-to-face supervision.
Homemakers will provide routine housekeeping services and household tasks for patients that are unable to manage such tasks on their own. The Homemaker may perform tasks such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, washing dishes, Meal preparation and assisting with arranging transportation and running errands.
