For the second consecutive year, Accurate Home Care has been named a Top 200 Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. Additionally, it was singled out to receive the 2024 Work/Life Flexibility Award.
The awards were based on polling of employees in Minnesota by Energage, a technology company that runs a nationwide “Top Workplaces” employer recognition program.
Top Workplaces awards are determined through a confidential, research-backed employee engagement survey. Participating companies are measured against the industry’s most comprehensive benchmarks, built upon more than 18 years of culture research spanning millions of employees across tens of thousands of organizations nationwide. The Top Workplaces program offers 80+ national and regional employer recognition awards in partnerships with the nation’s 60 most reputable media outlets including the Star Tribune, USA Today, and Washington Post.
Earlier this year, Energage’s results for the nation’s Top 2024 Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards named Accurate as an honoree in three categories.
Accurate received a 2024 Top Workplace for Leadership award celebrating “organizational leaders who inspire confidence in employees and the company direction. They listen to what matters most to employees and use that insight in decision making.” Accurate received an award for Purpose and Values because it has “successfully communicated the company mission and integrated those aspirations into the culture.” And the company received a third award for Work-Life Flexibility, which recognizes “organizations that have built a culture that enables employees to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining high performance.”
