Otsego, Minn – Accurate Home Care, LLC (AHC), a leader in private duty nursing home care and mental health services, today announced that Bill English has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and President. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer. Jackie Jacobson has been promoted from Billing Manager to Director of Operations. Caitlin Howard moves from Compliance Specialist to a newly created role of Onboarding Navigator.
The On-boarding Navigator role was created to assist in the hiring process to improve and accelerate the structure of getting a new hire trained and on the job. This increase in speed and communication helps both the new hire as well as the client as Howard will guide new staff through the hiring, training and job satisfaction the first 90 days of working.

English brings deep expertise to this new role at AHC. Over the past four years he has worked as interim CEO/COO within companies in need of growth and improvement. Jacobson has been with the company for four years and applies her tenacious attention to detail to her mission of improving communication and operating protocols to a company with 90% of their workforce working throughout the state within the home of their clientele.

A new applicant tracking system makes the job application and on-boarding process more efficient and provides speed and data to Howard to improve retention and patient care delivery.
