Director of Clinical Services
I came to Accurate in March of 2020, needing a change after working in housing for 10 years. I started as a LSW Clinical Manager, visiting patients who receive PCA or Waivered Services on a regular basis. I found a new passion for Social Work in this new role. I was able to continue my love for meeting people where they were at, while continuing to learn and grow professionally. This led to my promotion in July of 2021 to Director of PCA and Waivered services. This position allows me to not only keep visiting patients but also to ensure they are setting the care and compassion that they need and deserve.
Started working in Early Childhood education as a Family Specialist for Head Start 2005 doing home visits with low-income families to ensure that children were meeting age-appropriate milestones.
In 2008 began working in the housing field for Minnesota Community Care/Ramsey County Public Health as the Family Services Coordinator for the House calls Program providing Case Management Services to families/individuals who were at risk of losing their housing. I continued my career in the housing field with The Salvation Army in 2013, working with families who were experiencing homelessness. My role as Twin Cities Case Manager involved helping those families obtain housing, maintain their housing, and hopefully move forward from those programs.
I Graduated with Bachelor of Science in Social Work with Human Relations Minor in 2004 from Saint Cloud State University
