Survey Says: Accurate Home Care Customers Weigh In

Every three months, Accurate Home Care (@AccurateHmCare) receives a customer satisfaction report through an independently administered survey process. Of the 26 comments received between March 25 and June 30, 2023, nearly 60 percent were thankful and appreciative, 23 percent were neutral, and 19 percent shared ways in which the company can improve or addressed issues beyond its domain. Here are a few of the comments:

“I really appreciated Chloe and her kind, compassionate care. She communicated when she was coming [and] pre-arranged when I had a conflict. Her positive attitude was just as uplifting as her professional nursing care. Thank you!”

“Sarah B. was such a nice gift. Really enjoyed her and very professional. I personally called Rachel to share my happiness about the great visits I received.”

“EVERY person that I had helping me with my home healthcare was very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to work with all of them.”

“Everyone was helpful and professional.”

“Very helpful in our transition from care center transitional to assisted living. Thank you.”

“Comments such as these affirm how every day, our employees deliver on Accurate’s core value of Compassion—caring for every individual, being as helpful as possible when it is in our power to do so, and taking the time to listen so we really understand others’ views and situation,” says Accurate President and CEO Bill English. The company’s other core values are teamwork and accountability.

To gather input from its outgoing home health customers (skilled nursing, PT, OT, speech therapy, home health aide), Accurate uses the industry standard Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Home Health Care Survey (HHCAHPS), which is administered for AHC by Press Ganey.
