Accurate Home Care (@AccurateHmCare) today was awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by USA Today.
This nationwide list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to execute, to name a few.

Some 44 percent of Accurate’s 510 employees participated in the 24-question survey.

More than 7,000 employers were invited to participate in Energage’s survey. Of the 2,227 who did, 1,531 received recognition.
Otsego, Minn.-based Accurate provides one-on-one health care services in the home of clients who need persistent, 24×7 private duty nursing care. Accurate also provides other needed services such as personal care, home making, skilled nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy. The company has 542 clients and more than 500 care providers across the state of Minnesota. It is a 2023 Best Workplace as ranked by the Star Tribune, a member of the Minnesota Home Care Association and a 2019 Minnesota Association for Corporate Growth BOLD Award nominee.
