Bill was brought on as Chief Operating Officer and has advanced to Chief Executive Officer/President within Accurate Home Care. Bill holds two master’s degrees, has written 15 technical books and was named a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for 11 years. Bill is a Minnesota Licensed Psychologist, a Certified Professional in Business Process Management and a Minnesota Qualified Neutral.
Bill comes to the company through the Platinum Group, the company’s ownership group. Platinum is a business advisory group of more than 20 senior, experienced business professionals who have serviced over 1,200 businesses since 1983.

Nicoleen’s journey at Accurate began in 2012 and has included roles as a Lead Clinical Manager, Learning & Development Manager, Home Nursing Manager, and now Vice President of Clinical Services. In this role, Nicoleen oversees the Patient Scheduling Manager, Admissions, Patient Services, and the Clinical Management team. In addition, Nicoleen still maintains a small caseload of nursing and PCA patients for whom she’s a Clinical Manager. She has enjoyed ten years in the Twin Cities home nursing community!
Nicoleen enjoys advocating for home nursing as a career and is particularly passionate about working with nursing schools to share her story, participate in advisory boards, and speak about leadership. Nicoleen is a Certified Pediatric Nurse and holds an A.D. and B.S.N. in Nursing.

Jackie oversees authorizations, billing, collections and cash posting. She has been in the medical field for 13 years and with Accurate since 2014. She was previously with a mail-order pharmacy for eight years in various roles, from customer service to business support team lead, prior to the company being sold to Walgreens Pharmacy.
She holds a degree in Business Management, which she is putting to great use as the company continues to grow and expand. She loves digging into issues and solving problems. Jackie is married with three little kiddos. She loves spending the summers at her family’s cabin in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

Peter joined Accurate Home Care (AHC) in March 2017 as Accurate’s Controller. He works with all accounting aspects, from financial close to financial analytics. He has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years holding several positions while working for a skilled nursing facility, a durable medical equipment company, and now AHC.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Business Administration. He loves to dig into problems and try to identify ways to improve processes, using his vast knowledge of excel programs and analytics. He loves to spend time with his friends and family, most of which is spent at the family cabin in McGregor, MN.

Carrie joined the Accurate team as a Senior HR Generalist in 2018, was promoted to HR Manager that fall and most recently to the Director. She oversees departmental day to day functions, Recruiting, On-boarding and Benefits. She has been in the human resources field for 20+ years. Previously she managed a franchise home cleaning company for 6 years and prior to joining accurate, spent 10 years with a business development company in Rochester Minnesota that specialized in hospitality and real estate.
Her educational background includes Business Management with an HR emphasis. Carrie is passionate about building process, systems and helping people grow in their careers. Customer service is a number one priority for her and her team. Carries is an outdoor enthusiast who spends nearly every summer/fall weekend fishing, camping and just being in the water at her family’s permanent camp spot on Long Lake in Todd County MN.

Katie joined Accurate Home Care in July of 2020 as the ILS Manager. She has 17 years of experience working in the mental health field. Katie spent 10 years structuring and managing mental health services designed to engage individuals with their communities through employment, housing, and independent living skills programs. She then spent the following 5 years writing and implemented 2 successful ILS programs. Katie manages the Accurate 245D license with the state of Minnesota and oversees the development of the ILS department.
Katie holds a degree in Non-Profit Business Management and Psychology. She uses her education to help others reach their full potential, while focusing on the growth and advancement of Accurate. She loves identifying barriers and resolving issues to create a clear path for people. She practices her personal motto of “balance in all things” while coaching and teaching others to do the same. Katie lives in Otsego with her family, and their rescue dog, Leo.
