Always be very cognizant of where you go on the internet. Be suspicious first instead of trusting first of all emails especially ones containing links, attachments, or emails claiming to be from someone you know but come from an unknown email address.
If you do not know who an email comes from, and it looks suspicious, please ask someone you know and trust to help you decide if it truly is a legitimate email or if it’s SPAM, Virus infected, malware, or other risks you do not want.
Also, never believe you need to give anyone access to your devices, account information, personal information, or banking information for anything other than what you seek out from reputable companies and trusted internal company employees within their IT departments.
There are many scammers and thieves out there just itching to get their hands on your information for nefarious purposes.
