One of our initiatives is to improve employee retention and recruitment. As part of that, we are thrilled to have an employee recognition and rewards program, called Accurate Rewards!
This program is a way for everyone to feel more connected, given the fact that many home care employees do not see their coworkers on a daily basis. To get the most out of this program, all employees will need to have an up-to-date email address in our system. The Accurate Rewards site makes it easy to take part in recognizing employees for going above and beyond as well as keep track of your rewards balance and redeem points with access to many different items.
Access and Login Information: All employees have a default username and password, and will be prompted to change their password upon first login.
Your default username will be your first initial, middle initial, and last name @accurate (for example, John William Doe would sign in with the username, “jwdoe@accurate”). For those without a middle name, or without one in Accurate Home Care’s system, simply use your first initial and last name as instucted above. The default password for all employees is “Accurate123”. Again, you will be prompted to change your password upon your first login.
